Ray Cole's sailing dinghies are designed for stitch and glue plywood construction by amateurs. Ray has spent thousands of hours building and racing off the beach dinghies. The plans here range from the entry level SCAMP to the fast fun skiff SCEETER featuring asymmetrical kite, trapeze and higly flared topsides.
