We accept VISA and MASTERCARD only.

Currency
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Prices are inclusive of a GST of 10 percent. Non Australian orders do not incur GST.

Delivery Time (Australia and New Zealand)
Usual delivery by mail within Australia and New Zealand is 7-10 working days from receipt of order.

Overseas Delivery
Usual delivery time outside Australia and New Zealand is 14-28 days from receipt of order. This delivery time is dependent on destination.

Shipping Fees
No shipping fees for Australian and New Zealand oders. Orders consigned to all other destinations incur a fee of AUD$15.00

Refunds
There are no refunds or "money back" guarantees.

We do not store your credit card number. We will not pass on your name and billing details to any other party. We retain these as records of sale only.

We do not store your credit card number - all transactions are online and real time. All store pages and communications with e-commerce gateway and banks are fully encrypted using a 128 bit secure socket layer (SSL). We use E-way, Australia's largest e-commerce gateway.
